Radish Entree

1 Bunch of long radishes
1/2 Pint of white sauce
2 red carrots
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

Trim, scrape and mash the radishes, cut them
into thick slices, and boil in salted water
until tender. Drain put them into
the white sauce, and make hot.
Cut the cooked carrots into fancy shapes
Pile the radishes and sauce on a hot dish
sprinkle the parsley over, and garnish with
the carrots.
